Sankofa Fit

A 5-week journey built to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and remind you what you’re capable of. Together, we’ll lift, move, sweat, and grow—with guidance, accountability, and Sankofa energy pushing us forward. Begins June 17th.


Sankofa Walk Club

Powerful strides. Strategic pacing. Focused performance. Our 8-week Walk Club is for those ready to go beyond casual walking—building endurance, speed, and strength on the path to a 10K (6.2-mile) final challenge. Begins April 17!

The Reset Room

In a world that glorifies hustle, The Reset Room invites you to slow down and surrender to the power of intentional rest. This 8-week residency features a rotating lineup of wellness practitioners guiding you through stillness practices that calm your body and soother your nervous system.
