Foundations: Step Aerobics for Beginners is an 8-week journey designed for anyone looking to improve cardio fitness, coordination, and rhythm in a fun, judgment-free environment. This course meets you where you are and helps you build from the ground up through:

  • Step Fundamentals – Learn basic footwork, timing, and form in a way that’s easy to follow and fun to master.

  • Cardio Conditioning – Build stamina gradually with music-driven routines that make fitness feel like a party.

  • Confidence in Movement – Develop balance, coordination, and body awareness while celebrating every step forward.

No experience needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and smile. Each class breaks down movement step-by-step, helping you gain strength and skill week after week.

Ready to level up your step game? This high-energy track is designed for those with prior fitness or dance experience who want to push themselves physically and mentally—while keeping the vibe fun, rhythmic, and community-driven.

Advanced Step Aerobics is an 8-week progressive course that blends fast-paced choreography, upbeat music, and dynamic cardio conditioning to challenge your endurance and coordination. You’ll sweat hard, move with intention, and feel stronger each week through:

  • Choreographed Combos – Master complex step routines that improve memory, rhythm, and precision.

  • High-Intensity Cardio – Elevate your heart rate with non-stop movement designed to build stamina and burn calories.

  • Musicality & Flow – Learn to move in sync with the beat, bringing energy, expression, and power to every step.

This class moves quickly and is best for those already comfortable with movement or group fitness. You’ll be supported by expert instruction, a hype playlist, and a room full of people moving with purpose.
