Group Therapy & Restorative Practices.
Where healing is held in community.
Restoring Wholeness Through Group-Based Healing.
Our Approach to Healing
At Sankofa Health, we believe healing is a collective act. It’s not reserved for crisis or reserved for solitude—it’s ongoing, relational, and deeply human.
Our therapy and healing offerings are rooted in the belief that care should be culturally grounded, emotionally honest, and accessible in community. Whether through talk, touch, breath, sound, or silence, each of our practices is designed to meet you where you are—and gently guide you toward wholeness.
These sessions aren't just about managing stress or getting through the day. They're about creating space to feel, to release, to reflect, and to reconnect—with yourself and with others. In a world that often demands more than it gives, we offer this space to pause, to be held, and to heal—together.

Sacred Space: Conversations That Heal
Where reflection becomes real practice.
Each month in our community newsletter, we explore a theme that challenges us to reconsider what it means to be healthy—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Sacred Space brings that theme to life.
This facilitated group conversation creates room to unpack the month's ideas in real time, reflect on personal experiences, and explore how these concepts show up in our lives. Through honest dialogue, breath, and supportive discussion, Sacred Space helps you move from awareness to action—from insight to integration.
