Summer 2025 Sankofa Fit Cohort is Now Enrolling!

The program operates in a cohort model, with each group limited to 20 participants.
Cohorts are led by a dedicated team of coaches and support staff who guide you through every stage of the journey — from your first session to the final challenge. With personalized attention, accountability, and a strong community atmosphere, you’ll be set up for meaningful progress and transformation.

Session Dates: August 12 - September 13, 2025

Strength & Conditioning Sessions:

  • Tuesdays | 7:15–8:00 AM (Virtual)

  • Wednesdays | 7:15–8:15 PM (Hybrid)

  • Saturdays | 8:00–8:45 AM (In-person)

Cardio Sessions (Bi-weekly):

  • Sundays | 8:30–9:15 AM (In-Person)

Bi-Weekly “Coaches” Hours for Q&A:

  • Mondays 6:00pm–6:30 PM (Virtual)

*We recommend attending at least two sessions per week to build consistency and strength over time.
