  • Advanced registration is required via online or via the MINDBODY app.

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts.

PAYMENT

We are a contactless and cashless facility, so pre-registration is required. Create your free account online to make registration for class easier. No refunds or credit for expired passes. No refunds on unused specials or promotions. $49 New Student Special expire one year after purchase.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all sales are final. All purchases are non-transferable, non-extendable and non-refundable.

Cancellations for classes must be made at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class time by logging into our reservation system, clicking "My Schedule" followed by "Cancel" and your class or purchase will be credited back to your account. If you do not cancel online or call and speak to a team member before the class begins, you will forfeit that class or purchase. Students who fail to show or cancel their class registration in advance forfeit that class or purchase.

MEMBERSHIP

Enrolling requires a 60-day minimum commitment. Automatic renewal (auto-renewal) means that your membership will be conveniently automatically renewed at the end of the monthly subscription. To cancel or suspend your membership, please send an email to info@sankofahealthcenter.com at least 30 days before the next cycle.
